INTERNATIONAL MENTORING ACADEMY
Individual Accreditation
The internationally recognised professional designation that demonstrates your knowledge, skill, and commitment as a practising coach or mentor. We will certify your knowledge and experience based on the EU standards with micro-credentials.
As a result, micro-credentials can be developed, used and compared in a coherent way among Member States, stakeholders and different providers (from education and training institutions to private companies) across different sectors, fields and borders. It will support the building of trust in micro-credentials across Europe.
On 16 June 2022, the Council of the European Union (EU) adopted a Recommendation on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability. The Recommendation seeks to support the development, implementation and recognition of micro-credentials across institutions, businesses, sectors and borders across European Union.

Professional Recognition
Become an Accredited Life or Business Mentor | Adult Educator | Traning Facilitator
The European Individual Accreditation (EIA) is an internationally recognised professional designation. It demonstrates that an individual practising as a life or business mentor using these skills has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply learning effectively in their practice.
Accreditation is the professional recognition of your practice and knowledge— it sets you apart from those who simply describe themselves as a life or business mentor, distinguishing those who have had their work assessed against international standards and proved to be working at that level.

Life or Business Mentor
Business Mentoring
Business Mentoring is a professional, goal-oriented relationship where an experienced intrepreneur (the mentor with 10+ years of continuous experience in one field ) shares industry-specific expertise, strategic insights, and social capital with an entrepreneur or professional (the mentee).
In the Edu Smart context, it is defined as a "DIALOG of Transformation Strategy" aimed at navigating the complexities of the modern market, ensuring organizational sustainability, and aligning business growth with European standards of innovation and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria. It focuses on the transition from operational tasks to strategic leadership and market scaling.
Life Mentoring
Life Mentoring (often categorized under Personal Development or Social Inclusion Mentoring) is a holistic, person-centered relationship designed to empower individuals to overcome personal barriers, enhance social competence, and achieve self-actualization.
Life Mentoring is a professional, goal-oriented relationship where an experienced intrepreneur (the mentor with 10+ years of continuous experience in one field) is helping the mentee to understand their life choices and is able to guide the mentee towards life changes based on own example.
Grounded in the principle of "The Educator as a Pillar of Social Inclusion," this type of mentoring focuses on the "human" element of adult education. It provides the psychological and motivational scaffolding necessary for individuals—particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds or in life transitions—to build resilience, integrate into their communities, and engage in lifelong learning.
Summary of the "EDU SMART" Distinction
  • Business Mentoring is about Economic Capacity: It defines the "How" of professional success and market survival.
  • Life Mentoring is about Social Agency: It defines the "Who" of the individual, building the confidence and soft skills required to step into any professional or social role.
Why Accreditation Matters
Accreditation celebrates and recognises professional practice
There are three levels of European Individual Accreditation that reflect the practice of the mentor | educator | trainer at the time of assessment. In addition to length of experience and having prior and ongoing one-to-one supervision in place, every applicant needs a minimum number of clients and client hours, along with membership of EDUS.

BUILD YOUR SELF-ESTEEM AND PERSONAL POWER | LEVEL 1 CERTIFIED PROGRAM | PROGRAM TITLE:
EMPOWERING WOMEN: LEADERSHIP AND SUCCESS JOURNEY | GROW YOUR BRAND – LIFE MENTORING PROGRAM – START FROM YOURSELF |
This course is designed for professionals who have mastered the basics and are ready to transition into high-impact, psychologically-driven sales and relationship management.
At Level 2, the focus shifts from "what you say" to "how you are perceived" and "how they think." By leveraging the DISC Model, you will learn to decode human behavior to create a "Smarter Choice" experience for every client.
Mastering Behavioral Profiling, Self-Presentation, and the Art of the Personalized Offer.
1. The Core Pillar: DISC Behavioral Mastery
Understanding that "one size fits all" is a recipe for failure in modern business, this module deep-dives into the four primary behavioral styles:
  • Dominance (D): Results-oriented, direct, and fast-paced.
  • Influence (I): Enthusiastic, social, and optimistic.
  • Steadiness (S): Even-tempered, accommodating, and patient.
  • Compliance (C): Analytical, reserved, and precise.
2. Your Diagnostic Tools: 2 DISC Reports
Each participant receives two comprehensive, science-based assessments to provide a 360-degree view of their behavioral footprint:
3. Advanced Self-Presentation
Level 2 goes beyond "grooming and speech." We focus on Behavioral Mirroring and Signal Control:
  • Adapting Energy: Learning to "dial up" or "dial down" your intensity to match the client's style.
  • Non-Verbal Authority: Using body language and tone that resonates with specific DISC profiles (e.g., being concise for a 'D' or detailed for a 'C').
  • The First 7 Seconds: Mastering the psychological window of the first impression.
4. Profiling Your Client (The "Cold Read")
Stop guessing and start profiling. You will learn the Edu Smart Profiling Framework to identify a client’s DISC style within the first 5 minutes of a meeting or call:
  • Clue Spotting: Analyzing email syntax, office environments, and conversational pace.
  • Buying Motives: Identifying what truly drives their "Yes"—is it ROI (D), Recognition (I), Security (S), or Logic (C)?
5. The Personalized Offer (The Closer)
The finale of the course teaches you to stop sending generic proposals. You will learn to architect a Personalized Offer that speaks the client's specific "behavioral language":
  • Drafting for 'D': Bullet points, bottom-line results, and speed.
  • Drafting for 'I': Testimonials, visuals, and the "excitement" factor.
  • Drafting for 'S': Guarantees, step-by-step support, and team impact.
  • Drafting for 'C': Data, appendices, proven track records, and precision.
Key Learning Outcomes
  • Cognitive Flexibility: The ability to switch communication styles fluidly.
  • Reduced Sales Friction: Shorten the sales cycle by building "instant" rapport.
  • Strategic Precision: Know exactly which "lever" to pull to gain commitment.
24/7 online community (WhatsApp group) – not mandatory, but this is where deep transformation takes place.
Price: 1200 EUR | 5000 PLN | 1010 GBP | Option to pay in 2 instalments. Full payment must be completed before the exam. For individuals who completed the Stress Course in previous years, the price is reduced by the value of the previously purchased course.
Participants receive additional resources, including printable PDF materials for independent work on emotions, moods, and personal needs.
Final Exam:
  • Theoretical part – Workbook
  • Practical part – self-presentation, personalised offer
If you do not pass the exam within the designated time, you may request a new exam date. Additional fee: 300 PLN for the practical exam and 300 PLN for the theoretical exam.
